Pakistan announced the schedule of Champions Cup, the entire tournament will be played in this one city

The Champions Trophy is to be held on Pakistan’s soil next year, in which Team India has refused to go there to participate. Meanwhile, a big announcement has been made by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The Pakistan Board has announced the schedule of the Champions Cup. This tournament will be played next month i.e. in December between the 7th and 25th. 

This is the second edition of the Champions Cup series after the grand success of the 50-over tournament held in Faisalabad in September this year. In the first tournament, Lake City Panthers won the title by defeating UMT Markhors in a close match. Some of the best players of Pakistan took part in this tournament and cricket fans gathered in large numbers to watch them at Iqbal Stadium. The Champions Cup will be played in T20 format this time in which a total of 5 teams ABL Stallions, Engro Dolphins, Lake City Panthers, Nurpur Lions, and UMT Markhors will compete for the title. All the matches of the tournament will be played at the Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi.
