We all know that fashion and beauty come into the picture during the festivities. People are usually glowing during the holidays due to the classy make-up, hairdo and outfits they wear as they all help to amplify the festive spirit. Speaking of make-up, there is no denying that eyemake up is one of the most essential parts of make-up since it has the potential to capture everyone’s attention during the festivities. Combining natural soft glam look with bold accents make for the perfect blend both eye-catching and subtle at the same time. Striking the right balance subtly elegant and captivating dramatic look. On Eid, getting this technique right enables me to let a focus on eyes do the talking fashion-wise, with a balance between the right accent, bust, and glow, making my eye make up stand out. The Vice President of Derma Puritys Aesthetic Clinic, Lalita Arya has added,While everything sounds tempting and easy, it is always crucial to emphasize proper prepping. Taking care of your lids prior to applying make up effectively ensures smoother application and long lasting wear looking after your lids is the key. Use a cleanser with primer, effective for keeping eyeshadow vibrant enough to compliment the festive spirit, and applying these allows me to create a flawless base and guarantee that the eyeshadow adheres better. Arya claimed.

Eyeshadow and more: Arya believes that for a soft glam look, warm-toned eyeshadows like gold, bronze, and soft brown work wonders. “They create an effortless transition and can suit many skin colors. For a more festive feel, applying shimmering champagne or metallic gold shadow to the inner corners of the eyes brightens them and makes them look more awake and luminous,” she explains and continues, “Those who love a bolder aesthetic can incorporate rich jewel tones like emerald green, sapphire blue, and deep plum into the outer corners or along the lower lash line for a dramatic effect.”

Defining the eyes with liner: Arya notes that eyeliner is the most important product for improving the look. "A sleek black winged liner instantly adds drama while kohl-rimmed eyes give a more vintage soft appearance," she elaborates. To add smokiness, dark brown or charcoal black eyeshadow can be softly blended along the lash line to create depth while also blurring the edges.

Voluminous and fluttery lashes: Arya admits that lashes blend in perfectly with the eye make up. “The eyes are intensified, and mascara can be a lift and define. If false eyelashes are applied, they add an extra layer of glam and allow the eyes to appear more strikings and expressive," she shares.

Below are some Eid eye makeup tips shared by Arya.

First, clean and prime the eyelids. This will make sure that eye make-up stays in place for a long time.

Warm toned shadows work best when blended. Use soft glam gold, bronze or brown for best results.

Adding shimmer to the champagne or metallic gold eye make-up can enhance the overall look. Use it to highlight the inner corners of your eyes.

Use bolder jewel toned colors like emerald green, colorful deep sapphire blue or deep toned plum for a striking look.

Defining the eyes using eyeliner adds beauty. Sharp black wings or smudged kohl effects give great results.

Applying volumiaing mascara or false lashes will enhance the look with added drama.

Last, the brows are shaped, set, and polished to complete the perfect look for this amazing occasion.
