Generally, the summers in Lucknow stretch from March to June, with a temperature that sometimes exceeds 40 degrees Celsius.May 2023 has been extremely challenging as far as weather is concerned. Due to this range of heat waves and weather conditions people going and moving outside due to work or various other reasons must be careful and follow certain measures to protect themselves from the heat waves. Some precautionary measures can be drinking enough water, avoiding going out in the peak hours in the afternoon, avoid drinking alcohol, applying enough sunscreen, wearing lightweight clothes and using sunglasses when going out etc. There are many more way people can opt to protect themselves from the heat.
