The festival of Mahesh Navami was celebrated with pomp

Lucknow, May 29 (Hindustan Times). On the auspicious occasion of Mahesh Navami, the birth day of Maheshwari Samaj, a yatra was taken out on behalf of Maheshwari Samaj from Lakhanpuri Chowk on Monday. Along with this, the society also wished each other on Navami.

First of all, the men and women of the society gathered at Anandi Devi Temple of this area. After darshan of the goddess, everyone traveled to Srikoneshwar Mahadev temple with great enthusiasm and fanfare. Lord Shiva was worshiped there. Regional Councilor Anurag Mishra was present on the occasion and appreciated Maheshwari’s spirit of service, sacrifice and charity.

Sherbat service was done on this occasion on behalf of the society. Vinod Maheshwari, Laxmikant, Sri Raman Sri Benkatesh, Sri Nand Kishore Radheya Shyam Jaju, Deepak Sadani Sanjay Kabra, Sharad Lahoti, Sunil Ravindra Gandhi, Manish Baldua, Nikhil Baldua, Namr, Nitin, Govind, Pankaj Gaurav, Vs. Ashish, Vijay, Nirbhay Rajeev Sushil and women Kiran, Madhu, Asha, Shakuntala. Abha, Rakhi, Anupama, Neha, Manisha, Namitha, Priya and Sunil, Sanskar, Vaibhav, Ram, Shyam, Krishna, Vedansh, Manan and others were all present and the families cooperated in the Sharbat Seva.
