Social Media Investigation

These are the main points said in the CBI report:

Sushant Singh Rajput Suicide Case:

1. It was established that Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide on his own free will.

2. Rhea Chakraborthy and her relatives were absolved of blame.

3. There were no traces of any criminal activity or “foul play.” (conspiracy)

4. A murder case was also ruled out by the AIIMS forensic team.

5. The chats on social media were examined for evidence and were found to be unalethered, so they were shipped off to America.

The family’s allegations sparked an uproar.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s Suicide Case: As we already know, Sushant’s family filed an FIR in Patna against Rhea Chakraborty and others for abetting suicide, committing frauds, stealing, and wrongfully confining him. This caused a tussle between Bihar Police and Mumbai Police. The central government sanctioned a CBI probe in this matter after the Bihar government suggested it. Subsequently, the Supreme Court allowed the CBI to fully investigate the matter on August 19th, 2020.

AIIMS forensic report states this as the final summary.

Sushant Singh Rajput Suicide Case: The AIIMS forensic experts ruled out poisoning and strangulation and the CBI proceeded with the investigation after this. Now, the court shall decide whether to accept the CBI report or continue with further investigations.
