Samsung is reportedly set to launch the smartphone, Galaxy S25 Edge, soon. Rumours say it may be the slickest smartphone ever produced by the South Korean electronics multinational conglomerate company. Samsung started teasing the device in the last few months, and now resurfacing reports indicate the smartphone will be unveiled globally in April, with sales commencing in early May.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge: What we know so far

The smartphone's model, SM-S937N, was recently spotted on the benchmarking website, Geekbench. The device was awarded 2969 single-core, and 9486 multi-core points, estimated to have 12 GB of RAM based on the results. Its motherboard is codenamed 'sun' confirming that the latest flagship, Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, is present, alongside supporting the benchmark results. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to effortlessly dominate the smartphone market.

Furthermore, in an article published by the South Korean news outlet, Seoul Economic Daily, it was stated that the smartphone would be introduced in April 16, 2024. Coupled with this information, an article by Android Headlines, revealed the price point of the phone, which will be between 1200–1300 Euros, approximately 113400–122900 Indian Rupees for the 256 GB and 512 GB variants.

Besides, the S25 Edge is predicted to be slightly under 162 grams in weight and a remarkable 5.84mm slim in dimensions, thus making it one of the premium ultra-slim phones available. It is also expected that the company will incorporate a titanium frame that will improve its strength. On the back, the Galaxy S25 Edge is rumored to have 200MP primary sensor and 50MP ultra-wide lens. The front camera for selfies will likely be 12MP. To finish off, we can pair this device with a 3,900mAh battery.
