The authorities claim that a mosque built in KGN Colony in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh is constructed without proper map approval, which has led to the mosque's temporary closing and formal notice to the caretaker by district administration.

The mosque is located in KGN Colony within Nagar Kotwali area. City magistrate combinatorically argues that, a notice has been issued to the caretaker of the mosque which is in charge of the contraption construction without the local governing bodies granting them an order map clearance. Chapel Malik has been asked to respond to the aforementioned notice by the 1st of May.

Tomar said that it is the duty of magistrates courts and civil law to ensure that the closures to their own subordinate courts do not get over rehearsed matters of public guidance. “We have only put out a notice about the construction without details evaluation approach and ask religious worships to cease activities,” he counters.
