Ration shop license requirement
An applicant has to be an Indian national to obtain a ration shop license. He also must be domiciled within the neighborhood of the business location. The applicant must legally own the premises where the shop has been advertised to be vacant. The premises need to be accessible to a 15 feet road provided that the center is available for public approach. The placed premises should be 5 meters long, 3meterwide and 3 meters high.
The store must either have a shutter or a door. The necessary academic level for an applicant is 10th standard. The candidate must be capable of managing the accounts pertaining to the ration shop.
