Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Actor Ram Kapoor, known for his dramatic body transformation a few years ago, is pushing back against persistent rumors that he used the popular weight-loss drug Ozempic. In a frank new interview, Kapoor not only clarified his own challenging fitness journey but also questioned the public's negativity surrounding such methods.

Setting the record straight, Kapoor stated that his significant weight loss, which took place between 2017 and 2019, was the result of a grueling and disciplined regimen, long before Ozempic became a household name. He detailed his method, which involved strict intermittent fasting with a 16-hour window and intense, heavy weight training sessions early in the morning on an empty stomach. Describing the process as "hell," he emphasized the sheer determination it took to achieve his results naturally.

However, the actor then turned the tables on the speculators with a powerful question. While denying he used the drug himself, he defended the right for others to make their own choices without judgment.

"Even if I was [using Ozempic], so what?" Kapoor challenged. "What is the negative in that? If a person wants to feel better about themselves and they want to take a certain path that is going to help them, what is the problem with that? I think it’s a personal choice. People should be allowed to do what they want to do. You should worry about your own life."

Kapoor pointed out the timing of his transformation as proof, noting that the Ozempic trend hadn't yet swept through the entertainment industry when he was undergoing his most intensive training.

Ultimately, Kapoor’s message is twofold: his own transformation was born from old-fashioned hard work and sacrifice, but he firmly believes that an individual's path to self-improvement—whether it involves a drug or a diet—is their own business and shouldn't be a target for public scrutiny.
