Arvind Kejriwal, the former chief minister of Delhi has claimed that Arvind Singh is in contest with him and was manipulating the electoral rolls in a New Delhi constituency. Arvind Sing is the chief election commissioner.
Kejriwal accused that BJP is creating ways to import votes every other day, they were previously banging fake votes at Union Ministers's and BJP leaders's home address.
The leader of the Aam Aadmi party claimed that they are ready to take legal action against their leaders and asked the election board to file a case against them promptly. They requested the issuance of 33 trimmed new votes at the known address of Ms. BJP candidate Parvesh Verma. Additionally, Kejriwal suggested that Verma could be barred from running for office.

Hours after AAP MP Sanjay Singh claimed that the BJP was trying to manipulate election and submit fake registration to EC with multiple addresses claiming to be from their own premises, this incident took place.
Singh claimed that dozens of voter registrations were registered at single stores and basement during the press meeting.
He also accused BJP of denomination inclusion with regards to the home addresses of its leaders in the new voter registration forms which were submitted in multiplicity.
“Such stands are significant in doing justice to growing notions of Bharatiya Janata Party(Term used to refer to Modi’s party). When eager to win elections like their leader Modi, ex prime<\/u> minister Singh polled a youth-oriented agenda,” remarked Singh regarding the “Election Commission” scandal involving Singh’s discloses of a Modi peddling fraud against noted figures including several other Union ministers who were extrapolated.
“It’s their election scandal and it is being perpetrated by the Union ministers and MPs of BJP and attempting to discredit the EC,” Singh said adding how Elections are set for November.
Delhi’s Chief Minister Atishi addresses CEC
A few days ago, the Chief Minister of Delhi, Ms Atishi, reached out to the Chief Election Commissioner and requested for a meeting so as to discuss the alleged misconduct with the electoral rolls in the New Delhi constituency.
This was her second letter to the CEC over the issue in the past three days. Accompanied by a group of locals, she visited the CEC on 5th January assisted to office and called for a discussion offering to share evidence of the discrepancies.
She further requested to resolve the issue of electoral misconduct she had flagged in the New Delhi Assembly constituency and CEC with regard to the UID AI had shared this information along with her previous request for an urgent meeting.
The voting for the city is set for February 5 and the outcome will be revealed on February 8.
