Bihar Public Service Commission has issued legal notices to coaches and other politicians for having made wild allegations against it. A report by PTI quotes BPSC Examination Controller Rajesh Kumar Singh, as stating “The commission has sent notices to a number of individuals, including politicians, some persons from coaching centres… all those who have made baseless allegations against the BPSC… more such notices will be sent in the near future.”. While being interviewed Singh also stated about ‘some notices’ that they will be issued soon.

Prashant Kishor gets notice

Y V Giri our Jan Suraaj Party’s vice president confirmed that Prashant Kishor, the founder of their party, was a recipient of the notice received others. Though Singh did not reveal names of the recipients of the notices, Giri stated ‘the notice in question appears to be misconceived and deserves to be ignored’

As they say, Khan Sir has received notice alongside Kishor. “It’s correct that a BPSC legal notice has been served to me. In the context of the battling BPSC contestants, I delivered a speech, for which a notice has been issued,” Khan Sir responded Kishor’s notice. Regarding the CCE exams, the BPSC the BPSC claims, was just a fifteen-minute appointment. Violations of the rules of conduct and unsanctioned actions, are in fact the leading offenses that BPSC is trying to catch these people for. BPSC was interrogating Kumar on matters such as, why were some students replaced by others in the middle of the test, and why were other students asked to leave during the exam. Kumar, Kahn, and even Kushal were interrogated on accusations of monetary allegations of exceeding one thousand million dollars. Kahn even went on to say that “kids were sold for 1 crore to 1.5 crore. Even Kushal let out, “Rome was not built in just a day”. When will these non-sense come up to a conclusion. Everything happens in stages, and civilization advances. Everyone talks about exams: appearing, records and promotion, marketing against BPSC means more than making up dirt will suffice as well. Every day there are hundreds of applicants, but BPSC will take only ten percent, or even eight. For what purpose do they conduct these exercises? So that large masses can spend money freely- that does not happen, but so that they can collect money during enrollment.
