Suspense Crime,Digital Desk:Uttar Pradesh School Summer Holidays 2025: As per the latest information, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has announced summer holidays for all the schools in the state. In view of the escalating temperature surge in Uttar Pradesh, the government has made a decision to plan summer vacations for all the schools starting from May 20. UP Government Schools will be officially closing for summer breaks on the 20th of May. At the same time, the necessary measures in regard to the protection of children from heat wave conditions have also been issued. Nevertheless, it is expected that most of the privately managed school in Noida Ghaziabad, UP will shut down for summer vacations from 10th May, 2025.
9 AM Marks the End of Ground Activities
The governance of the state has enforced that all forms of sports and practicing sessions on the field will be suspended after 9 am. All prayer sessions or early morning assembly will also be held in a shady area or classroom instead of the open ground. This change is being made considering that children can protect themselves from the sun and excessive heat. There is an increased focus from schools to provide instructions to the children regarding the precautions to be taken for heat so that, in case of problem, they can help themselves.
In which schools will this rule be applicable
This order will be applicable to Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas, all government primary as well as upper primary schools. Schools have also been requested to provide cold, clean water for students. Children’s health and hygiene is of utmost importance, and no negligence will be tolerated.
These items should be available in schools
Medications and a first aid kit were outlined as new prescriptions given to all schools to be kept on hand in case of an emergency needing immediate care. Government schools will be on break starting May 20th, but with the rising temperatures, they may shift that date to earlier. For private schools, their breaks will begin somewhere between the 10th to the 20th of May. Ultimately, the decision will fall to the government after assessing the weather, but this measures to safeguard children from the dangerous heat is deemed crucial.
