  • Dates: Dates are a nutrient-rich superfood that can help you conceive as well as during pregnancy. Eating 3-4 dates soaked in ghee improves fertility.
  • Walnuts: Walnuts are very good for sperm count. They are also rich in omega 3 fatty acids which help in increasing the vitality of sperm. You can eat about 3-5 walnuts daily.
  • Milk: Cow’s milk is considered very nutritious for all our tissues which are important for fertility. People who can digest lactose and have good digestion should drink milk with dates at night before bedtime for fertility. (For people with stomach problems- it is best to avoid milk). Best milk to drink: A2 cow’s milk.
  • Ghee: Ghee helps improve the quality of both ovum and sperm. It is best to use Shatavari Ghrita in ghee for fertility in women and Ashwagandha Ghrita in ghee for men.
  • Pomegranates: Pomegranates are a rich source of antioxidants, especially polyphenols, which can improve sperm quality. They also boost female fertility by increasing blood flow to the uterus, promoting the growth of the uterine lining. It can be consumed 2-3 times a week.
  • Amla: Amla is very good for improving fertility. It can be consumed in the form of juice, or fruit. Couples suffering from fertility problems should consume it.
