In a recent internal offsite held in Dubai, Chandrasekaran addressed over 600 senior executives from various Tata Group companies, emphasizing the critical importance of embracing AI-driven transformation.

Chandrasekaran Warns Against Resistance to AI

According to an Economic Times report, Chandrasekaran did not mince words when discussing the consequences of hesitating to integrate AI. He reportedly warned that resistance to AI could be detrimental to business operations and long-term competitiveness.

“Such resistance can prove harmful for companies,” he cautioned, urging leadership across the conglomerate to implement AI initiatives proactively.

While the company has not released an official statement regarding Chandrasekaran’s remarks, the ET report suggests that AI integration is being prioritized at the highest levels of the organization. The chairman’s message is seen as a strategic push for modernizing operations, enhancing productivity, and staying ahead in a fast-evolving technological landscape.
