The Supreme Court has granted bail to Bibhav Kumar who was arrested for allegedly assaulting Swati Maliwal. Bibhav Kumar remained in jail for about 100 days after which he got bail. After coming out of jail, CM Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal posted a picture of him on the social media site Twitter (earlier Twitter). In that post, she shared the picture with the caption ‘Relaxed day’. Now Swati Maliwal got angry about that post and has expressed her views by posting on her handle. Sharing the screenshot of Sunita Kejriwal’s post on her ex’s handle, Swati Maliwal wrote in the caption, ‘The Chief Minister’s wife, who was at home when I was beaten up, is feeling very “relieved”. She is relieved because the man who beat me up and misbehaved with me in her house has been released on bail.’
She further wrote, this is a clear message to everyone, beat up women, after that we will first get dirty trolling done, completely ruin the victim, and to save that man in the court, we will hire an army of the country’s most expensive lawyers. Swati Maliwal then wrote, ‘How can we expect respect for our sisters and daughters from those who get peace by seeing such people? God is watching everything, justice will be done.’

What is the whole matter?
In fact, on May 10, the Supreme Court granted interim bail to Arvind Kejriwal to campaign for the Lok Sabha elections. After this, AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal reached his residence on May 13 to meet him. However, Swati did not have an appointment. In such a situation, she was stopped at the gate itself, but Swati argued with the security personnel and went inside. When she reached inside, she was asked to wait.
