The Supreme Court for India's Adani Group suspended a decision concerning the Dharavi redevelopment project in response to an appeal regarding a perceived 'scandal' concerning the awarding of the project in which deliberations mentioned Adani. CNBC-TV18 reported that the Supreme Court imposed some conditions on March 7, but did not entirely freeze work on the project.

This statement was provided after the apex court granted the request from Seychelles-based SecLink Group. This Claimant Group alleges that the terms of the tender were changed to benefit the Adani group subsidiary, Adani Properties.

As per SecLink, Adani Properties’ bid was listed at $5069 crores whiles saying SecLink's bid was $7200 crores already, with support of increase this to $8640 crores.

That has set out and served the Maharashtra government with notice together with Adani Properties and has set the date for hearing for the 25th of May.

As per SecLink's report that was submitted to CNBC TV-18, the apex court inquired about SecLink's removal from the project. The tenders still state that they were the highest bidder in 2018 and that made the most sense so then why does he get to ask questions like doesn't the state government have the right to cancel the tender and also were the terms changed in order to remove them?
