A marital dispute in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, took a bizarre turn after two women got into a public brawl over the same man, leading to a highly unusual agreement brokered by a police-affiliated counseling center.
The man at the center of the dispute, identified as Salman, has been married to his first wife, Aisha, for ten years, and they have three children. During this time, Salman began an affair with another woman.
The situation exploded when the second woman showed up at Salman's family home, demanding to live with him. A fierce argument between the two women quickly escalated into a physical fight that spilled out onto the street, drawing a large crowd.
Police from the Civil Lines station were called to the scene. To de-escalate the volatile situation, they took Salman and both women to the Nari Utthan Kendra, a women's counseling and welfare center.
After a lengthy counseling session, all three parties reached a shocking and unconventional agreement. Salman will now officially divide his week between the two women. He will spend three days with his first wife and their children, and the following three days with his second partner. As part of the arrangement, he has been granted one day off for himself—Sunday.
This unique solution to the complex love triangle has become a major topic of conversation in the area, with many residents stunned by the strange "time-sharing" arrangement.
