Shreya Gupto, who plays a key role in the recently released action film Sikandar, has opened up about her experience working with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. In an interview with Bombay Times, Shreya revealed a touching off-screen moment that truly highlighted Salman’s generous nature.

In one particular scene, Salman’s character Sikandar buys gifts for a group of children. But Salman went beyond the script. “He didn’t just act the scene—he lived it,” Shreya shared. “He took all the kids to a mall and personally bought gifts for each of them. That day, I truly saw how generous and kind he is. Giving comes naturally to him.”

Loyalty Speaks Volumes About Salman’s Character

Shreya further noted that the loyalty of Salman Khan’s team—many of whom have worked with him for years—is a testament to his character. “His stardom is absolutely justified. People think it’s easy, but it’s not. It takes years of relentless effort and consistency,” she said.

Shreya’s Role and Set Restrictions

In Sikandar, Shreya portrays a medical intern with a significant role in the narrative. Despite being on set with Salman, she said their interaction was limited. “Security was strict, and phones were not allowed to prevent any leaks. I didn’t get a chance to speak to him off-camera, but I’m sure he would have been warm if I had reached out,” she explained.

'Sikandar' Box Office: Strong Start with Rs 90 Crore in 5 Days

Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, Sikandar features a powerhouse cast including Salman Khan, Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar, and Sharman Joshi. The film follows Sikandar’s quest to protect three recipients of his late wife’s organs, blending emotion with action.

Sikandar released on March 30, 2025, and has already collected Rs 90 crore in just five days, signaling a strong box office run.
