Alongside the IGNCA, a new book was released on the World Heritage Day titled Sanskriti Ka Panchva Adhyay. This textbook captures Prime Minister Modi’s discourses and writings on Indian Nationalism, Socio-Cultural Heritage and Civilizational Spirituality. The book contains 34 landmark speeches delivered by the Prime Minister between the years 2015 to 2024, and has been published by Prabhat Prakashan and compiled by Dr. Prabhat Ojha.

Swami Avdheshanand applauded PM’s efforts regarding cultural resurrection and stated, “After 2014, culture is something that becomes a matter for pride,” while underlining how International yoga day and similar events bring about this change

Comparing the book to Ramdhari Singh Dinkar's 'Sanskriti ke Chaar Adhyay', Harivansh asserted it is an advancement in the Indian cultural continuum. Modi was lauded for motivating Indians to reconnect with their roots.”

Cultural Vision and Legacy

“In the least gracious tone, IGNCA chairman Ram Bahadur Rai regarded the volume as 'a Kohinoor proposed to King Vikramaditya,' underlining its place in India’s spiritual and cultural wealth,” He remarked Modi is a person, “with a sage’s heart.”

Not to be forgotten, Dr Sachchidanand Joshi underscored the symbolic character of launching the book on World Heritage Day, commemorating the synergy of Modi’s ideology Viraasat bhi, Vikas bhi (‘Heritage with Development’) with the text.
