Suspense crime, Digital Desk : A catastrophic explosion in the Balochistan area of Pakistan has killed four children and injured at least 38 others. As per reports from The Dawn, a bus full of school children was bombed during their morning school commute on Wednesday.
Overview of the Incident
The blast reportedly happened near the checkpoint known as Zero Point. Deputy Commissioner of Khuzdar District Yasir Iqbal Dashti reported that the casualties were extensive due to the bus containing dozens of school children at the time of the blast. Both the injured and the deceased’s bodies were taken to a nearby hospital by emergency services.
Government Reaction
Attacking a school bus without any provocation is cruelty, as said by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi in his remarks on blast. “These people who maliciously pursue the lives of innocent children do not deserve any leniency,” he said, sharing the anger which reverberated through the nation.
