Weather Report Update: Most states in India are experiencing extreme heat during this month, whereas some regions are receiving snow and rain. On March 10th, 2025, Delhi experienced extreme heat with temperatures soaring above 32 degrees celsius. Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, and Up Uttar Pradesh were also experiencing high temperatures. In addition to that, the mountains areas have had some rain and snow. The Met Department has stated that the weather in these states will remain like this for the next couple days.  

Heat will Increase in Delhi  

March 10th, 2025 was the hottest day in Delhi with temperatures reaching thirty two degrees celsius. This is the hottest day so far in the entire season. The Met department has claimed that these temperatures will remain stable for the next two to three days. There may be some drizzle expected on March 14th which may lead to a slight decrease in temperature, but it will not be significant enough to feel relief. Starting from March 15th the temperatures will then rise to 31-34 degrees celsius.  

What will the weather be like in the mountains?  

Heavy rainfall is expected in a majority of regions in Himachal Pradesh, according to the Met department which has issued a yellow alert.

Keylong experienced heavy snowfall of about one centimeter, and other regions of the state at higher altitudes received a fair amount of snowfall too. Partial cloud cover is expected over Uttarakhand’s plains. Due to high temperatures, constricted heat is expected to increase. For the next five days, hill regions of Jammu and Kashmir could see snowfall while the plains are likely to receive rain.  

UP Move Heat Increase

Milder cold alongside strong winds will sweep through the state of Uttar Pradesh before Holi. With wind effects reducing in Lucknow, temperature is expected to rise. The weather of UP is bound to improve as time progresses and March 11 rolls around in the year 2025. As for Bihar, this place is bound to grow warmer for the next three days. Reports coming in from the Meteorological Department suggest temperature increase by four degrees celsius. Currently, there's no rain forecast in Bihar.
