Bobby Simha’s Car Involved in Chennai Accident, Staff Member Arrested for Drunk Driving:

On Saturday, a marked vehicle belonging to renowned actor awardee, Bobby Simha, was involved in a devastating traffic accident in Chennai. Officer reports confirm that Simha is in fact not inside the vehicle at the time of the accident.

Policemen identified the driver as a twenty-eight-year-old, Pushparaj, who was intoxicated at the time of driving. The vehicle was headed to the Chennai airpot from Ekkaduthangal when the accident occurred.

“Due to drinking and speeding, he collided with multiple vehicles,” explains the Chennai Traffic Police. “He crashed into two auto rickshaws, 3 motorcycle, and another car causing massive injuries and damage.”

“In total, four motorcyclists sustained injuries from the crash and are currently admitted at the hospital,” claims the police. Numerous authorities are seeking for the identity of the victims admitted into the ward but wish to confirm that their condition is stable under close monitoring.
Within a few hours of the incident, he was arrested and charged with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol. The police are looking into the additional legal consequences and doing a thorough investigation to determine the level of damage assessed.
