I believe that the Nazul land bill brought without extensive discussion is not only unnecessary but also against the sentiments of the common people. The Uttar Pradesh government should immediately withdraw this bill and strict action should be taken against the officials who have misled in this matter.”

BJP MLA Harshvardhan Bajpai said that people have been living here for hundreds of years since 75 years before independence. PM Modi is settling people by giving them housing, you will demolish their houses.

Let us tell you that Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna introduced the bill in the UP Assembly. Regardingthish, he said that there was a need to bring this bill in public interest because from time to time when the government needs land for development work, Nazul land can be used.
