Brazil: Brazil’s First Lady Janja Lula da Silva has insulted American businessman Elon Musk. In a viral video, she is seen abusing Elon Musk. She was speaking at an event before the Rio de Janeiro summit of the G-20, a group of the largest countries. During this, she talked to billionaire Elon Musk about the need to curb misinformation and regulate social media.

In the middle of her speech, a ship’s horn blared and she joked, “I think that’s Elon Musk,” adding, “I’m not afraid of you. Fuck you, Elon Musk.” Musk, the owner of social networking site X, responded to a video of her comments by posting a laughing emoji graphic. He then cursed Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in another post. Musk said of da Silva, “He’s going to lose the next election.”

What are the allegations made by Brazil’s First Lady against Musk?

Musk’s social messaging network was suspended in Brazil for a month this year for failing to name a legal representative in the country and ignoring court orders to block accounts accused of spreading “fake news” and hate messages, the president’s wife Janja said at an event ahead of the G-20 summit in Rio de Janeiro on Monday and Tuesday.
