Amaal Malik’s Shocking Revelation: Breaks Ties with Family Amid Clinical Depression:

Well-known singer Armaan Malik’s sibling, as well as a composer himself, Amaal Malik, started his career at an early age alongside Salman Khan’s film Jai Ho. For those who aren’t aware, he and his brother are Anu Malik's nephews. This past Thursday, Amaal surprised everyone by posting on social media in opposition his parents, Daboo Malik and Jyoti Malik. As he has stated, he is suffering from severe depression as a result of the family dispute, and as a consequence, has cut off all relations with his family, including his brother.

Amaal Malik has recently posted something shocking on Instagram that hints at his troubled family life that many are unaware of. "I narrate a tale of being called xyz’s nephew or son fused with my brother’s singing talent or whichever we are today, but reality is much different. My parents’ behavior has driven us brothers apart which has been an amazing journey for the two of us, in a way. Because of this, I have taken certain actions which up until today deeply wounds my heart,” his note included.

The singer elaborated, “My peace is missing and I can feel myself emotionally and physically exhausted. It’s not a problem that bothers me, but my biggest concern is how these circumstances have driven me into clinical depression. Blame goes to myself for sure but my self worth has been wiped out so many times by those around me that have taken pieces of my collapsed soul.”

"I’ve tried very hard to let my family stay in my life, but these relationships have become unattainable. For now, my relationship with them will be solely business."

Whatever decision I take now is lazy in creation, but rather is drastic in dismissing my feelings. This time, I simply refuse to allow my past to dictate my future. I was done feeling powerless a long time ago. “I choose to create a life rooted in value and powered by honesty,” said Amaal in her note.
