Maintaining a healthy and strong relationship is highly challenging in today’s day and age. Relationships require a lot of dedication and commitment, therefore there are many highs and lows along the way, and sometimes it feels like the relationship is about to end.

No question is exempt from scrutiny, particularly with the amount of effort that goes into losing a relationship. However, if at any point you find yourself in a position where you’re needing to receive any of these five pointers from your partner, the relationship should be put to an immediate end. Leaving such a relationship is equally important because people tend to get trapped in them and lose their worth.

Time

Over time, most people start to neglect the amount of time they spend with their partners and that completely shatters the relationship. Always remember that spending time with your partner irrespective of living in the same house strengthens the foundation of the relationship.

Attention

If you have to ‘ask’ your partner for their attention, then you’re definitely in a toxic relationship. Talk to your partner about this and then see how he reacts. If his attitude does not change, get out of the relationship. Emotional damages caused due to such matters will only worsen over time.

Respect

One should never remain in a relationship where self-respect has to be demanded. In this instance, the scenario is that the partner does not respect you which makes it imperative to separate yourself from him/her.

Commitment

If there is a need to ask for commitment from a partner, then he is not the right partner for you. This is because the only people who are scared of commitment are the ones who are unsure of their partner and his/her feelings.

Loyalty

Can you live with someone who is not loyal to you for the rest of your life partner? If your answer is no, then do not get into relationships with people who do not give you the trust you deserv, because loyalty is not asked for. It is well-known by all.
