Kannauj: A shocking incident has come to light from Kannauj in UP. Here a woman has been made bald for complaining about molestation. The victim woman has filed a complaint in the police station against 5 people including her nephew who molested her.
What is the whole matter?
The woman’s nephew entered her house and molested her. When she complained about this to the boy’s parents, they all beat her up and shaved her head. The victim has reached the police station and pleaded for justice. The police have started proceedings by registering a case under 7 sections including outraging the modesty of women under BNS 2023. The case is from a village in the Vishungarh police station area of Kannauj.
A woman here was alone in the house after her husband left for work. Finding the woman alone, her nephew Bachchunath entered the house. After talking to his aunt for a while, he caught hold of her with bad intentions and started molesting her. When she resisted, he ran away abusing her. Thinking that such an incident should not happen again, the woman went to his house to complain.
The woman alleges that after hearing the complaint at home, the nephew and his family attacked her and shaved her head. Fearing public disgrace, the victim came home quietly. After a while, the accused nephew and his parents came home again attacked and threatened her, and went back.
Troubled by the second attack, the woman reached the police station with her plea. Here, based on the woman’s complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused nephew Bachhunath, his father Guddunath, mother Guddinath, and 5 others under 7 sections including outraging the modesty of the woman. The police have started searching for the five accused.
