Airports New Rules: This update is particularly relevant for holders of HDFC Bank’s Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card. The complimentary airport lounge access benefit of this card will undergo changes effective June 10, 2025.

Access to lounges was previously instant as long as the cardholder swiped their card at the entrance. As per latest modifications, access will be partial and only be available to holders of certain vouchers which can be redeemed at some domestic lounges depending on the expenditure made against the card usage.

These changes are not going to impact other Tata Neu credit cards. Therefore, travelers who use Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card need to remember that they need a certain voucher for their flights.

Entry will not be granted by swiping the card

With the latest modifications to terms of Tata New Infinity Credit Card, user no longer can access lounges simply by swiping their credit cards.

As per the new regulations, cardholders will earn two lounge vouchers for spending ₹50,000 or more in each calendar quarter. Thus, a maximum of eight vouchers can be earned in a year.

These vouchers are valid at 18 selected airport lounges in India only.

Lounge access features several things that may incur extra charges like alcohol, spa, nap rooms, and more. While some basic facilities are included as part of the package, most lounges offer them at an additional charge.

Also, most lounges have a cap of 2 to 3 hours. Staying longer than this timeframe will incur additional charges.

These guidelines apply predominantly to frequent travelers who tend to traverse regularly and utilize lounges.

This will assist you in managing your finances better. So make sure absent any unwanted charges bound to arise, check prior if you have crossed your spending limit and whether you have a valid voucher.

Facility will be limited to 18 airports
