Baal Aadhaar Card Apply Online : An Aadhaar card is an essential document for everyone in the family, including little ones. Whenever your child needs to join a school, receive benefits from a government scheme, or show proof of identity, the Aadhaar card is almost always required. If your child is under 5 years old, you can apply for a Baal Aadhaar card quickly and easily online.

What makes this process special for young children is that you don’t need to scan their fingerprints or take a picture of their eyes. Because of this, you can complete the entire Aadhaar card application from home, without a trip to the Aadhaar centre. Let’s look at the step-by-step process.

Here’s how to create your child’s Blue Aadhaar card.

The Aadhaar card for little ones is known as the Blue Aadhaar card. What makes it special is that it connects directly to the Aadhaar card of the child’s parents. This means you don’t have to visit the Aadhaar center at all! You can apply online from the comfort of your home. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the official UIDAI website.
2. Click on the “Aadhaar Services” tab.
3. Select “Apply Online for Blue Aadhaar.”
4. Fill in your child’s details, such as name, date of birth, and your mobile number.
5. Upload a passport-size photo of your child and your own Aadhaar to prove the relationship.
6. Submit the form.

And that’s it! You’ll receive a reference number to track the status. In a few days, your child’s Blue Aadhaar card will be ready.

Point to Note

Once you’ve finished all the steps listed earlier, post office staff will visit your home with the machine to make your child’s Aadhar card. Usually, this visit happens within about 10 days. If no one arrives by that time, you can stop by the nearest post office and mention your online request. Often, that will result in a visit from a post office staff member to your home the very same day.

Keep in mind that when your child turns 5, you will need to update the fingerprint and retina scans. This is a free service, so there is no fee to pay.
