  1. Keep a distance from gadgets- Nowadays people try to sleep while watching mobile and TV. Some people think that this makes them sleep, but it is not so. The blue light of phones, laptops, and TVs hinders the production of the hormone melatonin, this hormone is necessary for our sleep. If you want to sleep well, then stop using these gadgets at least 1 hour before sleeping. If it is very important then use the blue light filter.
  2. Set a time for sleeping and waking up- Due to a bad lifestyle, people sleep and wake up at any time. This has a bad effect on sleep. Our body works on circadian rhythm. It has a 24-hour cycle. This rhythm is controlled by darkness and light. Therefore, set a time for sleeping and waking up. This will also keep your biological clock set. This will also solve your sleep problem.
  3. Follow this technique before sleeping- Before sleeping, go into a relaxed state which gives the body the signal to sleep. For this, do deep breathing. Relax your muscles and also adopt the technique of 4,7,8. In this, you have to breathe through the nose until you count to 4. Now hold your breath till you count 7 times and then breathe through the mouth till you count 8 times. This will relax the body and you will get good sleep.
