Woman dies post kidney stone surgery in Patiala, Punjab, Family raises serious allegations
Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : A 35 year old woman has been reported dead post surgery for a stone at Mehar Hospital in the Factory area of Patiala, Punjab. The woman belonged to Jhil village in Patiala. Post this incident, her family has lodged strong allegations of negligence against the hospital.
Family members allege that the woman was taking treatment for the stone surgery for a long time. Her operation was scheduled at Meher Hospital. The family further states that the doctors declared the patient out of danger after the surgery but soon her health deteriorating drastically.

The family has even stated that the hospital did not give them a proper answer to what happened, and came to know about her death through the police itself. They have demanded proper investigation and strict action.
The Director of Meher Hospital has claimed that the patient developed a heart attack post the surgery which caused his death, and informed his family about it right after.

The management further states that postmortem would throw some light on the cause of death, which is awaited, while the police are currently investigating the case. Amid all these allegations and statements by the family and the hospital, we wait for the postmortem to prove the reality.
