US Approves $8 Billion Ukraine Aid Bill, Delivering Second Major Blow to Trump's Foreign Policy
Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : The US has approved a bill which provides aid to Ukraine and impose new sanctions on Russia, $8 billion loan for Ukraine will be provided. This decision was opposed by the Republican leader but without heeding to their oppositions, the decision has been approved.
Mr. Meeks, democratic Congressman for New York introduced a bill to support America's increased help for Ukraine with a sum of more than $1 billion in security and rebuilding funds.
Apart from this, Ukraine would be given $8 billion as a loan on defense purpose. The decision was taken by a majority of 226 against 195 in support for the bill, this showed disappointment with Trump's pro-war policy.
This is the second big blow on Trump's foreign policy, since Tuesday, the House also authorized a war-powers measure to restrict Trump from deploying forces in Iran.
