Trump stressed that India is willing to provide more favorable terms to American exporters. “They make it almost impossible to do business. Do you know that they’re willing to cut 100% of their tariffs for the United States?," Trump remarked. While no timeline was provided, Trump’s comments indicate that some progress might be made regarding the trade relationship between the United States and India.

Despite Trump’s appreciation for the negotiations, he underscored the lack of urgency to reach a deal. “That’ll come soon. I’m in no rush. Look, everybody wants to make a deal with us,” he stated.
