
Salman Khan has confirmed that he will reunite with actor Sanjay Dutt for an upcoming action film, which he describes as featuring “rustic action” on a grand scale. The announcement came during the promotional campaign for his next major release, Sikandar.
Although he didn’t disclose further details, Salman referred to Dutt as his "elder brother in the industry," confirming that the film will follow Sikandar, which is slated for release in March 2025.
Other Projects in Salman Khan’s Lineup
In addition to the Sanjay Dutt collaboration, Salman revealed that he has two more films in the pipeline. One of them could potentially be with veteran filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya, though final confirmation is still pending.
He also addressed ongoing speculation about a sequel to Bajrangi Bhaijaan. While confirming that the idea is under consideration, Salman added humorously, “A sequel can be made, but by the time it’s ready, Munni will be speaking!”
Tiger vs Pathaan Update
Salman briefly spoke about the highly anticipated Tiger vs Pathaan project with Shah Rukh Khan. While confirming that the film is part of the long-term plan, he stated that it won't go into production immediately.
Sikandar to Release in March 2025
*Sikandar*, directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, marks Salman Khan’s return to the big screen following Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan (2023). The film features a star-studded cast, including Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, and Prateik Babbar. The action-packed entertainer is set for theatrical release on March 30, 2025.
