Ghanshyam Tiwari said that, "NEET examination paper was not leaked. Rather, it has been compromised. In response to the leak of the paper, Dharmendra Pradhan canceled the entire examination, refunded the fee of the candidates and also made arrangements for their re-examination."
'There was no paper leak'
He said in explanation of his statement, "If the answers to the questions were exactly the same, one would consider the paper to have been leaked, but here some candidates have mugged some questions and sent it from Kerala to Rajasthan. So there was no paper leak, but it has been compromised."
Rahul Gandhi's program in Kota was also criticized.

'Congress will not be of any benefit from dialogue program'
He said that the Congress has organized several programs like these, in a democracy, it is everyone's right to organize programs, but this program will not be of any benefit to Rahul Gandhi and Congress.
