The trailer for this movie was released a couple days ago which boosted the excitement amongst viewers for the film. Post the massive trailer release of Welcome to the Jungle, Akshay Kumar's film recreates a superhit song from the 2007 movie, Welcome, which is, 'Ek Uncha Lamba Kad.' This time around, the catchy dancing steps originally performed by Katrina Kaif will be taken over by Disha Patani. Ahmed Khan, the choreographer behind Katrina Kaif's song 'Ek Uncha Lamba Kad' is revisiting his previous creation.

Though 'Ek Ooncha Lamba Kad' has been brought back in the sequel Welcome to the Jungle, sources claim that the filmmakers made no changes to the song as the originality was to be retained in a fresh rendition for the modern audience. This song is garnering a good response on social media and after just two weeks of its release, the song has accumulated 36 million views and is currently trending at number 11 on YouTube.

A source connected to the franchise added, "The audience shares countless fond memories with the Welcome franchise, especially its music. Being involved in the original film's title track, bringing back that magic after nearly two decades felt incredibly special for all of us. Our vision was always to hold onto the essence of the existing songs while giving them a completely fresh look, feel, and grandeur appropriate for Welcome to the Jungle."

Welcome to the Jungle stars a total of 35 actors including Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Jacqueline Fernandez and Tusshar Kapoor in key roles and is slated for theatrical release on June 26th.
