In Ghaziabad, two individuals are accused of kidnapping a minor, taking her to a cemetery, and sexually assaulting her. According to police reports, one of the suspects is known to the victim. Following a formal complaint, authorities have filed charges against Israel and Ashraf. The incident occurred on Monday afternoon in the Niwari area of Modinagar, where one of the suspects lured the girl to a water tank. Upon her arrival, both suspects allegedly forced her onto a motorcycle and transported her to the graveyard. Police indicated that one of the assailants raped the minor while the other monitored the surroundings.

The police recounted the events, stating that when the victim cried for help, the suspects silenced her by covering her mouth with a cloth and physically assaulted her. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Rural) Surendra Nath Tiwari reported that the suspects threatened the victim with death. After the ordeal, the victim informed her parents, who promptly took her to the Niwari Police Station to file a First Information Report (FIR). Tiwari confirmed that the girl underwent a medical examination and provided her statement to a magistrate. Law enforcement is actively searching for the suspects. It is noteworthy that a similar incident of sexual assault recently occurred in Ballia district, Uttar Pradesh.

In Ballia, a 12-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her cousin, who has since been arrested. Police sources revealed that the incident took place on March 21 when the girl was home alone in a village within the Bansdih police jurisdiction. The girl's cousin reportedly assaulted her during this time. Sanjay Singh, the officer in charge of the Kotwali, stated that a case was filed against the accused for rape and assault based on the mother’s complaint, leading to his arrest on Monday. A comparable case was reported recently in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.
