Suspense crime, Digital Desk : An unfortunate case of domestic abuse has surfaced in the Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh. A man allegedly killed his wife over doubts of her being unfaithful. Such paths of dramatic empires emerged in India last Wednesday, at the Thakurdwara Mohalla other, where such incidents have previously occured.
History of the Incident
In a statement from the police, the wife’s death was preceded by a rage-filled argument where the husband, Prashant, alternated between nefarious statements accusing Neha of cheating and expressing rage, hatred, and intense jealousy. The argument got out of haunt, when Prashant decided to make dinner and grabbed a knife from the kitchen. He initially tried stabbing Neha with and ended up cutting her throat fully. He later also slashed her wrists. Chill of terror is and remained seated by the corpse smile gripping onto the bloody dagger.
Harrowing social media and viral videos
A witness decided to capture the incident’s culmination and decided to upload it into social media, effectively making it viral in a short period of time. The part being recorded illustrates the moment when Prashant was seated beside Neha’s corpse and posed in front of the camera knife still hanging infront of him alongside lifting the weapon. Observers noted how devoid of sympathy he looks while relying and looking at the camera, devoid of anger, but instead neutral feeling pity and eyeing people their hopelessness.
Prashant stated that Neha’s chats with another person were troubling him. In his own words, “She was becoming someone else’s, though she was mine. I couldn’t take it.”
As soon as the report was filed, the local law enforcement arrived at the location. They arrested the suspect on site. A preliminary investigation is already in progress after Neha’s corpse underwent an autopsy. It has been established by competent procedural agencies that prosecutorial action is pending.
