Defending champs Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) remains under pressure to fix their inconsistent batting ahead of a tough bout against table toppers Gujarat Titans (GT). KKR got all out for 95 runs while chasing a meager target of 112 runs in their last match against Punjab Kings.

Abhishek Nayar Returns To Assist KKR In Rebuilding

KKR have now come out with a strategy to utilize former BCCI Assistant Coach Abhishek Nayar who was recently let go. He is now focusing with the KKR Vice Captain Venkatesh Iyer and Ramandeep Singh who have underperformed this season.

Ajnikya Rahane (221 runs from two fifties) and Angkrish Raghuvanshi (170 runs) are the only two players exhibiting any semblance of form.
