US Illegal Immigration: AC Patel from Gujarat became Mohammad Nazir Hussain from Pakistan and even had a passport to support it. Hussain’s nationality was on the passport too but his fraud was found out. In the end, US authorities had to send him back to India. The mystery is quite baffling, isn’t it. Donald Trump’s arrival to presidency marked the unsparing crackdown on undocumented Indian immigrants. In the past month alone, approximately 74 Gujarati Indians were deported on 3 different flights over border control issues. With his state, Patel was also deported to India due to his issues with immigration control. As soon as Patel landed in Delhi, his problems started. The Delhi Police detained him due to the pending charges of Fraud, Forgery, and even abuse of passport.
The passport is as genuine as it gets. There was disbelief within the Indian immigration officers when they realized that the Pakistani passport he sequestered was real and not fictitious! It actually belonged to some known person called Hussain which, as expected, had gone missing. Patel revealed it all during the interrogation. He claimed that he received a fabricated identity document after paying an agent in Dubai.

Instead of renewing it, he chose to work with human smuggers. These criminals provided him with forged papers and took him to America through Dubai. Experts have claimed that human smugglers prefer particular passports that are easy to get American visas or a UAE passport for illegal immigrants that want to gain entry into America.
