Madhabi Puri Buch Last Day: Tuhin Kant Pandey now has the responsibility of the SEBI chairperson, which the central government has granted him. The government has made public the name of Madhabi Puri Buch at the end of the May. Buch's last day was on 28th February (Friday) but she was supposed to take over the position of SEBI Chief from 2 March 2022. SEBI Buch’s last day on the post was February 28th. As it was customary in SEBI office, Buch was supposed to be given a farewell on Friday. Contrary to this expectation, ex chairperson of SEBI Madhabi Puri Buch was forced to not receive a farewell, and thus left without a proper send-off. She had been in that desk for three years and it looks like she was not prepared to part ways.

SEBI employees are fully content about Butch’s exit.

When Madhabi Puri Buch assumed office on March 2, 2022, roughly three years ago, she might not have imagined that her final day at SEBI would turn out in such a way. Buch's last day was different from her last working day. Traditionally, it has remained a SEBI custom that chairpeople get a proper farewell as they finish their term. SEBI office was not transformed on this event and this return to ‘normality’ suggests something else happened. Book did not attend the office on her last days of work. Sources suggest that there was an air of celebration amongst SEBI workers as a result of Buch's exit. Employed remarked that this did not come as a surprise, because they overwhelming resentment that followed Buch's appointment was indeed astonishing.

Madhabi Puri Buch is one SEBI‘s ‘gatepost’ officers who recently vacated her role and has become a target for outrage due to her unguarded statements. Buch has been blamed for affairs since the Georgia vote has been blamed for Buch seeking to vest powers as she designed the organization at will. For instance, after Buch ordered 15 General Manger (GM) officers to Centrament on Booked gasp, Buch sacked de promotional her executive assistant Murugan to Centre under General Management (CGM) of 30 assorted retirements. These expenditures were not available to other employees until they subsequently assumed office. These unused quarters used as resting places also served to prop Ellie Co within the belt served to make content higher officials very ill.

In August 2024 Buch was alleged to be refusing to accept the resignation of Dhawal Buch, which was funding Buch and her husband to conflict of interests With investment in foreign institutions. Buch and Dhawar had skirted the accusations involved in accused conflict of interest provisions voided in the American under state of congress. Mrs. Buch has continually perceived such situations and made knowledge forms threatening Buch Hindenburg, who suspected her brethren these affairs.

Did the government choose to disengage completely from the controversy?

The SEBI Chief is appointed for a maximum of five years or until the age of 65, whichever comes first. An extension, however, is held out to those who served an initial three-year term. Since Buch is already sixty, the government does not want to extend his tenure. When Buch’s applications for the CID were called for, it was quite clear that the government was in no mood to extend his tenure, as Buch’s applications were invited till 17 February 2025. In addition to Buch, Ajay Tyagi and UK Sinha were also previously appointed as the SEBI Chief and were granted extensions.
