Chennai Doctor and Family Die by Suicide Amid Financial Struggles:

On Thursday, Tamil Nadu witnessed a horrifying even mortuary on a household after a family of four including a doctor along with his wife, and their two teenage sons were discovered dead in the residence located in the city of Chennai.

Dr Balamurugan, a solo practitioner, along with his advocate wife Sumathy and their respective elder sons were discovered hanging in their domicile alongside a limb that is both in two distinct chambers.

During the time that passed, the police came to the conclusion that these individuals likely ended their own lives due to economic woes as per one report from NDTV.

A driver for the doctor reported for work only to be suspicious as the doctor hadn’t showed up so alerted the police who soon had the situation under control. The law enforcement agents broke in the premises and discovered in one chamber the spouse’s pair of children aged 52 and 47 under the assumption and their children in the additional bedroom of the house located in Anna Nagar, as per the PTI report.

What remains unanswered at this moment is if the couple had left an indication in terms of a suicide letter as that really seems to be the case or if they had been dealing with intense stress from loan sharks.
