    • Hold this pose for about 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat this 5-10 times.
  2. The Chin Press (2-3 Minutes):
    • You can do this one sitting or standing.
    • Make a fist with one hand and place it directly under your chin.
    • Now, try to open your jaw, pushing down against the resistance of your fist.
    • Hold the pressure for about 5 seconds. Relax and repeat 10 times. This helps work the muscles right under your jaw.
  3. The Simple Neck Tilt (2-3 Minutes):
    • Sit comfortably. Gently and slowly tilt your head down until your chin touches your chest.
