Suspense crime, Digital Desk : According to local police, at least seven people died, and sixteen were injured on Monday, when a bomb went off outside the pro-government peace committee office located in Wana, South Waziristan.

A senior police official, Usman Wazir, stated that “the bomb was aimed at the peace committee branch.”
The peace committee is known for displeasing the TTP and for serving as mediators for a number of local issues.
The one week dispute is exacerbated with the killing of the 54 militants by the Pakistan military’s brutality in the North Waziristan border area.
Alleged Responsibility Lies with TTP
Even with no one instantly taking claim for the violence, the attack on Monday became synonymous with TTP.
Attacks from the TTP on the police administrative centers and headquarter are common to hear in Pakistan.
