Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced a comprehensive ₹10,000 crore infrastructure development plan to transform the state’s transportation and urban landscapes by 2025. The plan includes the construction of new expressways, airports, and state-of-the-art metro rail networks in major cities like Lucknow, Kanpur, and Varanasi.

The initiative also focuses on improving road connectivity in rural areas, providing better access to key markets for farmers, and ensuring smoother transportation of goods. Additionally, the plan proposes the development of smart cities and the upgrading of existing urban areas to accommodate growing populations.

CM Adityanath emphasized that this ambitious infrastructure push would create jobs, stimulate economic growth, and improve the overall quality of life for residents. The government has already allocated a significant portion of the budget for 2025 to kickstart these projects, to complete key milestones within the next few years.
