After registering as a pioneer in India’s electric vehicle growth, Delta Autocorp Limited has launched its Initial Public Offering as well as its move to register on the NSE Emerge platform. This event can be termed as a key event in the company’s history as it aims to capture the yet relatively untamed electric mobility landscape.


Starting its operations in 2016, Delta Autocorp have been manufacturing electric two three wheelers under the brand name of Deltic and help fuel the EV revolution in India. Currently, Delta has coverage of more than 300 dealerships across 25 states and Union Territories, it has been able to reach the rural and semi urban population of Bharat while promoting green and sustainable transport at an affordable cost and high durability.

The company runs two manufacturing facilities with the state of the art technology, one in Bardhaman West Bengal and the other in Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh. These are critical to Delta’s capabilities in the growing portfolio of electric scooters, rickshaws, loaders, garbage carts, and miscellaneous spare parts which are all manufactured at the facilities alongside other equipment.

Delta Autocorp boasts a team of specialists from India's leading IITs and IIMs, with approximately a quarter of the workforce having an engineering background. Such a solid engineer pool enables the company to focus on product innovation, engineering excellence and mobility services.

The proceeds from the IPO launch will help Delta Autocorp move faster on its growth strategy, which includes new - electric scooters, Electric Auto Rickshaws and Electric Loaders. Besides, the company intends to set up a fabrication and paste shop which further strengthens the company's place in the EV value chain.

With Delta’s IPO, investors can be part of India’s green revolution as the country’s electric vehicle market is predicted to grow at a CAGR of more than 36 percent by the year 2030.

The event for the IPO launch is planned for 14th January 2025 at The Umrao Hotel, Delhi-Gurugram Highway with the opening of the ceremony at 9 am.
