According to police sources, around 11 am on Monday (May 22), a message was sent on the Twitter account of the Mumbai Police, which read, ‘I am going to blast in Mumbai very soon’. The message was sent in written form in English language, which read, “I am going to blast in Mumbai very soon.” Taking this message seriously, the Mumbai Police has started an investigation into the relevant account. The police have taken further action in this regard.

Currently Mumbai Police has detained a person in this matter and his interrogation is going on.

According to information received from the Mumbai Police, the Mumbai Police received a threat around 11 am on May 22, when a person posted a threatening message on Twitter saying ‘I am going to blast Mumbai very soon’. The police have started an investigation into the relevant account. Further investigation is going on in this matter. Today, the Mumbai Police has identified the man and has taken him into custody for questioning.

Earlier there was a case of threat like 26/11 attack on Mumbai. The Mumbai police control room received a suspicious call from Rajasthan with an open threat to terrorize Mumbai. The caller was later taken into custody. Police said that the accused person has been identified as Devendra Tanwar, a resident of Ajmer. Police said that Devendra is mentally ill and weak. He angrily called the Mumbai police.
