Rainfall and snowfall warning in Himachal Pradesh.

If we talk about the weather of Himachal Pradesh, there is an orange warning today, Friday for extremely heavy rainfall and snowfall at some places in Mandi , Kangra, Kullu and Chamba districts. The Meteorological Department, in prediction of moderate to heavy snowfall in Lahaul-Spiti, and rain and snowfall in the Shimla District, has issued a yellow alert for the same period. In addition, moderate to heavy rainfall is also expected in Una and Hamirpur districts.

Rainfall is anticipated in Haryana-Punjab as well.

While making predictions regarding Jammu and Kashmir, the Meteorology Department stated that light to moderate rains with possible snowfall is expected in most regions by Friday afternoon. Some places could experience heavy rains as well. Certain regions in Haryana like Ambala and Panchkula alongside Amritsar, Ludhiana, Patiala, and Pathankot in Punjab may also receive rainfall today.
