
The IPO of hospitality services company Ventive Hospitality Limited has received a total subscription of 9.82 times till Tuesday, the last day of bidding. According to NSE data, the company’s IPO received bids for 14,17,23,907 shares, while the offer was for 1,44,34,453 shares. The segment of non-institutional investors got 13.87 times subscription. While the segment of qualified institutional buyers got 9.08 times subscription. At the same time, the share of retail individual investors got 5.94 times subscription.
Raised Rs 719 crore from anchor investors
Blackstone-backed Ventive Hospitality raised Rs 719 crore from anchor investors ahead of the IPO opening. The price band for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 610-643 per share. The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 1,600 crore and does not involve any offer for sale (OFS). The company will use the proceeds from the IPO to repay debt. Ventive Hospitality (formerly ICC Realty) is a joint venture of US-based Blackstone Group and Panchshil Realty.
Senors Pharmaceuticals received 93.69 times subscription
Drug manufacturer Senors Pharmaceuticals Ltd’s Rs 582 crore IPO received a 93.69 times subscription on Tuesday, the last day of bidding. According to data available with NSE, bids were placed for a total of 79,95,96,646 shares against the offer of 85,34,681 shares in the initial share sale. The segment reserved for non-institutional investors received a 96.30 times subscription. While the segment of qualified institutional buyers received a 94.66 times subscription. At the same time, the category of retail individual investors received a 90.46 times subscription.
Raised Rs 261 crore from anchor investors
Senors Pharmaceuticals on Thursday raised about Rs 261 crore from anchor investors ahead of the IPO opening. The price band for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 372-391 per share. The Ahmedabad-based company’s IPO comprises fresh equity shares worth Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 21 lakh shares worth Rs 82.11 crore by promoters and other selling shareholders. Senors Pharmaceuticals is engaged in identifying, developing and manufacturing a wide range of specialty, under-served and complex pharmaceutical products.
