Serving the people wholeheartedly is my duty; sensitivity was evident during Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya's public outreach session
During the 'Janata Darshan' (public grievance redressal) program held at his office today, Keshav Prasad Maurya personally listened to the grievances of citizens arriving from various districts of the state and directed the concerned officials to ensure immediate and rule-compliant action. Mr. Maurya stated, "It is my duty to serve the people wholeheartedly."
Additionally, Mr. Maurya held discussions with the Principal Secretary (Agriculture), the General Manager (Metro and Transport Department), the Police Commissioners of Prayagraj and Lucknow, and the District Magistrates of Raebareli, Deoria, Jhansi, and Gonda, instructing them to ensure prompt action in accordance with the rules regarding the complaints received.
Mr. Ajit Singh 'Babban', the BJP District President of Hardoi, requested that village Mahuipuri be developed into a 'Smart Village,' while Mr. Ramdas (son of Mr. Ramsevak), a resident of Amethi, demanded the widening of a village access road (*chakmarg*). The Deputy Chief Minister directed the concerned departments to take the necessary action on both matters.
